If your partner has a new phone, they simply need to install Cupla and log in using their original account. They do not need to create a new account or reconnect with you again.
Here is what your partner should do:
Download Cupla from the App Store or Google Play Store on their new phone.
Open Cupla, if on iOS tap Already have an account?
Log in using the same method they used before, such as email, Apple, Google, Facebook, or Passkey.
Allow calendar and notification permissions when prompted so Cupla can sync correctly.
Once they are logged in to the correct account, your partner connection, shared events, to-dos, and subscription access should appear automatically. It may take a minute or two for everything to sync.

What if my partner accidentally created a new account?
If your partner ends up in a new, empty Cupla account, ask them to log out and return to the login screen:
Tap More.
Tap Me.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
Log back in using their original account details.

If your partner is not sure which account to use
You can send them a login link from your Cupla app:
Tap More.
Tap your partner's name or profile circle.
Tap Share login link with [Partner's name].
Send the link using your preferred messaging app.
Your partner should open the link on their new phone with the Cupla app installed. This will help them access the correct account.
