How to report a bug

The best way to report a bug is to message us directly from the Cupla app. This automatically includes your account details, which helps us investigate faster.

  1. Tap More.

  2. Tap Help & Support.

  3. Tap Ask a question.


Our AI assistant will try to help resolve your issue straight away. If it doesn't have the answer, someone from the Cupla team will be in touch — or you can request to speak with a member of our support team directly.


What to include

The more detail you can provide, the faster we can investigate. Please include:

  • A clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen.

  • The steps to reproduce the issue, if you can.

  • Screenshots or a screen recording showing the problem.

  • Your device type and operating system version.
