If you're experiencing an issue with Cupla, try the following steps in order. Check after each step whether the problem is resolved before moving on.
1. Force close and restart the app
Fully close Cupla and reopen it. This clears any temporary errors and reloads the app from scratch.
2. Update to the latest version
Make sure you're on the latest version of Cupla. We regularly release updates with bug fixes and improvements. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for any available updates.
3. Reinstall the app
If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling Cupla. Your account and data are stored securely — reinstalling will not affect your account or your connection with your partner.
4. Check the Help Centre
Your issue may already be documented. Browse our Help Centre articles or search for your specific problem.
