How does my subscription work?

Cupla offers monthly and annual subscriptions, with one subscription per couple covering both partners. Here's how subscriptions are managed and how to change or cancel.

Cupla offers two subscription options: monthly and annual. Unlike most apps, Cupla only charges one subscription per couple, not per person — when one partner subscribes, both partners get Cupla Premium.

Pricing

Pricing varies by region. To see current pricing for where you are, open Cupla on your iPhone or Android device and tap the subscription tile in the More tab. You can also see current pricing directly in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


How subscriptions are managed

Cupla subscriptions are managed through the store you signed up with — either the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). This means changes such as switching between monthly and annual, cancelling, or updating your payment method happen through your store account rather than inside Cupla.


Check your subscription status

You can check your current subscription status in the Cupla app:

  1. Tap More.

  2. Tap Subscription.


Change your subscription

On iOS:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings app.

  2. Type Subscriptions into the search bar.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Cupla.

  5. Tap See All Plans and select the plan you'd like to change to.

On Android:

Subscription changes are managed via your Google Play subscriptions.
