Countdowns are a sub-feature within Key Dates. Once you've enabled a countdown on a Key Date, you can display it on your phone's home screen using the Countdown widget.
Step 1: Turn on Countdown for a Key Date
You can enable a countdown when you create a Key Date, or by editing an existing one.
Open Cupla.
Tap the menu icon (☰). Depending on your app version, it will appear either in the top-left corner of the Home screen or in the bottom-right corner of the tab bar (bottom right) and then Key Dates.
Tap an existing Key Date to edit it, or tap + to add a new one.
Toggle Countdown on.
Save your changes.

Step 2: Add the Countdown widget to your phone's home screen
Once a Key Date has a countdown enabled, you can display it on your phone's home screen using the Countdown widget.

Platform note
The Countdown widget is currently iOS only. Other Cupla widgets (Calendar, To-dos, Grocery List) are available on both iOS and Android.
