Refunds are managed by the store you originally subscribed through.
On iPhone
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then tap Next.
Choose Cupla, then tap Submit.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Order history.
Find your Cupla order and tap Request a refund.
Follow the prompts to complete your request.
