Cupla for Desktop is the web version of Cupla, designed for use on a laptop or desktop computer. It complements the mobile app with a larger view of your calendar, lists, and Wishlists — ideal for weekly planning sessions, longer browsing sessions, or working at your desk.

How to access Cupla for Desktop

Cupla for Desktop is available at cupla.app/web. Sign in using the same method you use for the mobile app and your Cupla account will load with all your existing data, settings, and partner connection in place.

Before you start: set up on mobile first

Cupla for Desktop is designed to work alongside the iOS or Android app, not as a standalone product. A few things to know:

Create your account in the mobile app first: New accounts can only be created in the iOS or Android app. Once your account is set up, you can sign in on Desktop with the same credentials.
Account and subscription management happens in the app: Settings such as changing your subscription, updating your account, and partner connection are managed in the mobile app.
Cupla AI is mobile-only: Cupla AI is currently only available in the iOS and Android apps, not on Desktop.

What you can do on Desktop

The largest view of your shared calendar

Desktop gives you the most comprehensive view of your shared calendar, with more space to see what's coming up for you and your partner. Desktop also includes a week view — a full seven-day side-by-side view that is exclusive to Desktop and isn't available in the mobile app.

This makes Desktop especially useful for:

Weekly planning sessions: Sit down together (or separately) to walk through the week ahead, spot conflicts, and plan dates and family time.
Longer-range planning: Reviewing trips, school holidays, or busy periods at a glance.

Key Dates, countdowns, and dates

View all your Key Dates, countdowns, and upcoming date nights on Desktop, alongside the rest of your shared calendar.

To-dos, lists, and grocery list

Manage your shared and individual to-dos, custom lists, and grocery list on Desktop. The larger screen makes it easier to:

Review and tidy up longer lists.
Add multiple items in one sitting.
Plan a grocery shop before heading out.

The best view of Wishlists

Wishlists are particularly nice to browse on a larger screen. Desktop gives you the best view of your imagery, item details, and full collections, making it the ideal place to:

Browse through travel ideas, restaurants, or date inspiration.
Plan upcoming trips or events from your saved items.
Review what you've collected from TikTok, Instagram, and the web.

Turn Wishlist items into events or to-dos (Desktop exclusive)

Cupla for Desktop lets you create events or to-dos directly from a Wishlist item — a feature exclusive to Desktop. This is useful when you're moving from "we want to do this someday" to "let's actually book it in".

Wishlist item to event: Turn a saved date idea, restaurant, or trip into a calendar event in just a couple of clicks.
Wishlist item to to-do: Convert a saved item into an actionable task to make it happen.
