Cupla offers a range of home screen widgets so you can stay across your shared schedule, tasks, grocery list, and upcoming moments without opening the app. Widgets are grouped into four types, each available in several sizes and views.
Shared Calendar widgets
See your schedule and your partner's side by side, directly from your home screen.
Day view: Both of your schedules displayed side by side for the day.
Schedule view (compact): The next three upcoming events for you and your partner in a small widget.
Schedule view (expanded): The next three upcoming events, with the ability to create a new event or to-do directly from the widget.
Schedule view (largest): The most comprehensive view of upcoming events in time order, with the ability to create a new event or to-do directly from the widget.
Customisation: You can toggle off your partner's events if you only want to see your own calendar, and you can zoom in by turning off 'compact view'.
Shared To-dos widgets
Keep shared tasks visible so nothing falls through the cracks. You can check off items in real time without opening the app.
To-do view (compact): A small widget showing your shared to-do list.
To-do view (expanded): A larger view of your shared to-dos, with the ability to create and assign to-dos directly from the widget.
To-do view (largest): The most comprehensive view of your shared to-dos, with the ability to create and assign to-dos directly from the widget.
Customisation: You can toggle off your partner's to-dos if you only want to see your own list, and you can zoom in by turning off 'compact view'.
Shared Grocery List widgets
Whoever's at the store has the live, updated grocery list on their home screen, with items displayed in supermarket aisle order.
List view (expanded): A larger view of your shared grocery list, with items in supermarket aisle order.
List view (largest): The most comprehensive view of your grocery list. You can mark items as 'in the cart' directly from the widget as you shop.
Countdown widget
Keep anticipation alive for your next shared moment with a live countdown on your home screen.
The Countdown widget shows the time remaining until either:
Your next upcoming event in Cupla, or
A specific event you choose, such as an anniversary, trip, or concert.
The widget is especially popular with long distance couples counting down to their next visit, and for marking milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, weekends away, and date nights.
Customisation: Choose whether the widget displays your next upcoming event automatically, or lock it to a specific event of your choice.
