How do I change my calendar events displaying as Busy?

Set up your work calendar on your device, then in the Cupla app tap the menu icon (☰), tap 'Calendar Settings', and tap ‘Calendar Connections’.

By default, some companies set up restrictions preventing Cupla from receiving full event details. Here is a workaround to show all of your event details.

  1. Set up your work calendar on your device (i.e iCal)

  2. In the Cupla App, Tap the menu icon (☰). Depending on your app version, it will appear either in the top-left corner of the Home screen or in the bottom-right corner of the tab bar

  3. Tap 'Calendar Settings'

  4. Tap ‘Calendar Connections’

  5. Under the heading of ‘Device Calendars’, scroll down until you see your Google or Outlook Work calendar and select

  6. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen in ‘Calendar Connections’

  7. Open your Cupla Calendar and you will now see the Google Work Calendar, including the event detail

Please note, it may up to a minute for the changes to take effect.
