Cupla uses your phone's language automatically, as long as it's one of the six languages Cupla supports: English, German, Spanish, French, Korean or Russian. There's no language setting inside the app.
Cupla isn't available in any other language yet, so the steps below can't switch it to, for example, Italian. See What languages is Cupla available in?
Change the language of your whole phone
On iOS:
Open the Settings app.
Tap General, then Language & Region.
Set your iPhone language to one of Cupla's six languages.
Reopen Cupla.
On Android:
Open the Settings app.
Tap System, then Languages & input, then Languages.
Set one of Cupla's six languages as the primary language.
Reopen Cupla.
Change the language for Cupla only
You can keep your phone in its own language and choose one of the six for Cupla alone.
On iOS: open Settings, tap Apps, then Cupla, then Language. On older versions of iOS, Cupla is listed directly in Settings. The option only appears once you've added more than one language under General, then Language & Region.
On Android 13 or later: open Settings, tap System, then Languages, then App languages, then Cupla. The exact path can vary slightly by phone.
